APRIL A-Z 2012 'Approaching Zero' - "...mused"
For APRIL A-Z 2012, I decided on a single theme. In fact, it's a single story, broken into 26 bite-sized chunks of precisely 100 words. Each day's instalment begins using a word starting with the current letter of the alphabet and ends with a word commencing with the letter for the following day.
I hope you like it enough to look in each day and follow the story.....!
(new readers, please click back to 'A' to follow the plot!)

As for himself, he was a dead man; had been since he’d discovered Simpson’s true identity and found himself on the wrong end of a bad deal. Perhaps the rumour was right after all; the Duke and Duchess of Windsor were not merely puppets of the Nazi’s…

Hope you like it, Jennifer! Each post is precisely 100 words, so hopefully it won'e take you too long to back-track! ;-)
DeleteI went back to the beginning. What a trip back in time, well orchestrated by those beautiful black and white photos to punctuate the precise telling of this noir drama. Thank you for visiting, but now I must return to find out what happens next to Jack and Evie. Will they find happiness and save this Royal Operation by Z, will it be zany? a chance in a zillion? Or put your gentle readers to zzz? Not a chance. This was clever and fun. And thanks for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteThere are still plenty of twists and turns to go, yet, Beth! ;-)
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
OH! I know THAT couple!!!
ReplyDeleteBringing royalty into the mix, are you? Most excellent idea!
